REG NEWS, Hyderabad | August 21: Hyderabad’s Raidurg has set a new benchmark in land values, with 5.25 acres of prime multi-use land fetching ₹1,386 crore in a Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) e-auction. As per sources, MSN has acquired the land parcel.

Plot No. P1 was auctioned at a reserve price of ₹175 crore per acre but received a final bid of ₹264 crore per acre, representing a 50.9% premium over the reserve price. The total transaction value stood at ₹1,386 crore. The latest auction also surpassed TGIIC’s previous Raidurg benchmark of ₹237 crore per acre recorded in May 2026, highlighting strong demand for premium land in Hyderabad’s western business corridor.

The auction was conducted through the MSTC e-Auction platform, with JLL acting as the exclusive transaction advisor. The competitive bidding reflects growing investor interest in Hyderabad’s established commercial and technology hubs. The record pricing at Raidurg highlights the increasing value of strategically located land parcels in the city, particularly in corridors supported by strong infrastructure, employment centres and commercial development.

The latest deal further strengthens Raidurg’s position as one of Hyderabad’s most valuable real estate destinations.
