Worli flat fetches ₹110.41 cr
A luxury apartment at Three Sixty West in Mumbai’s Worli has been purchased for ₹110.41 crore by Tejal Mercantile, a company linked to the family of a former promoter of Zandu Pharmaceutical Works.
Transaction works out to ₹1.51 lakh per sq ft and includes five car parking spaces.

Tejal Mercantile, linked to the family of a former promoter of Zandu Pharmaceutical Works, has purchased a luxury apartment at Three Sixty West in Mumbai’s Worli for ₹110.41 crore, according to property registration records.
The apartment, located on the top floor, has a RERA carpet area of 7,303 sq ft, including 7,139 sq ft of carpet area and 164 sq ft of attached area. The transaction works out to approximately ₹1.51 lakh per sq ft. The purchase also includes five car parking spaces.
The buyer paid around ₹6.62 crore in stamp duty and ₹30,000 towards the registration fee. Registration records show an individual from the Parikh family as a director of Tejal Mercantile. The family has a long-standing presence in the pharmaceutical sector and was formerly one of the promoter families of Zandu Pharmaceutical Works.
Three Sixty West comprises two towers offering 4- and 5-BHK residences, duplexes and penthouses. The project received its Occupation Certificate in 2022. The ₹110.41-crore transaction underlines continued demand for large-format homes in Mumbai’s ultra-luxury residential market, where premium developments in locations such as Worli continue to attract high-value buyers.
