Jeetendra Leads Bollywood in Real Estate Transactions in 2025

Veteran actor Jeetendra Kapoor emerged as the top celebrity in real estate transactions in 2025, followed by Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, and Hrithik Roshan.

In May 2025, Jeetendra and his family sold land in Andheri, Mumbai, to NTT Global Data Centers for ₹855 crore. The transaction was executed through family-owned entities Pantheon Buildcon Pvt Ltd and Tusshar Infra Developers Pvt Ltd, marking the largest real estate transaction by a Bollywood family in 2025 by value. The deal was registered on May 29.
The transaction involved two adjacent plots spanning 9,664.68 square metres (2.39 acres), currently housing Balaji IT Park, comprising three buildings with a total built-up area of approximately 4.9 lakh square feet. The buyer, NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Pvt Ltd, offers services including cloud solutions, hosting, data management, cybersecurity, and application development. Additionally, in June 2025, Jeetendra and his daughter Ekta Kapoor, founder of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, sold an apartment in Worli for ₹12.25 crore.

* Amitabh Bachchan ranked second with real estate transactions worth approximately ₹140 crore in 2025. In January, he sold his duplex apartment in Andheri for ₹83 crore, which he had purchased in April 2021 for ₹31 crore. The 5,185 sq ft RERA carpet area apartment delivered nearly 47% returns over 13 years. Bachchan also expanded his real estate footprint in Ayodhya, purchasing a 25,000 sq ft plot adjacent to ‘The Sarayu’ luxury plotted development by The House of Abhinandan Lodha for around ₹40 crore. In October 2025, he acquired three adjacent land parcels in Alibaug, valued at ₹6.59 crore, followed by the sale of two luxury apartments in Goregaon for ₹12 crore in November.

Actor Akshay Kumar sold eight properties in 2025, generating over ₹110 crore, while Hrithik Roshan and his family ranked fourth with transactions worth approximately ₹80 crore.
