Emerges as West Hyderabad housing hub as infra growth, ORR connectivity drive residential demand

Patancheru is rapidly transforming from an industrial belt into one of West Hyderabad's fastest-growing residential corridors. Improved connectivity, expanding infrastructure and comparatively affordable housing have attracted both homebuyers and investors to the Patancheru-Kollur belt.
