Makes it one of India’s highest-value single-unit residential transactions

Property Pulse

A 17,200 sq ft penthouse at DLF’s ultra-luxury residential project The Dahlias in Gurugram has reportedly been sold for ₹271 crore, making it one of India’s highest-value single-unit residential transactions. The penthouse has a carpet area of 10,500 sq ft, translating to about ₹1.58 lakh per sq ft on a super-area basis and nearly ₹2.6 lakh per sq ft on carpet area. Businessman Manav Sardana, formerly associated with Imperial Auto, is reportedly the buyer. DLF has not officially commented on the transaction.

Launched in October 2024 across 17 acres, The Dahlias comprises 420 apartments and penthouses. DLF expects the project to generate more than ₹40,000 crore in revenue, with over 65 per cent of the units reportedly sold. Regular apartments are priced between ₹100 crore and ₹170 crore, while penthouses command higher prices. The transaction adds to evidence of sustained demand for ultra-luxury residences in India’s leading property markets, particularly for large-format homes in limited-supply premium developments.
