Cricketer Virat Kohli and actor Anushka Sharma have purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai's Versova locality for ₹18.29 crore, adding another premium asset to their expanding real estate portfolio. The apartment is located in Godrej Skyshore at Andheri West and has a 2,644 sq. ft. carpet area, an additional 316 sq. ft. exclusive area, and three car parking spaces.

The deal works out to nearly ₹69,159 per sq. ft. The property was registered on July 21, with the couple paying ₹1.09 crore as stamp duty and ₹30,000 towards registration charges. Versova has emerged as one of Mumbai's preferred luxury residential destinations, driven by improved connectivity and infrastructure projects such as the Mumbai Coastal Road. The locality has attracted several celebrity buyers in recent years.

Earlier this year, actor Tabu purchased a 2,153 sq. ft. apartment in the same tower for around ₹10 crore. The latest purchase adds to Kohli and Sharma's extensive real estate holdings. In January this year, they acquired more than five acres near Alibaug in Maharashtra's Raigad district for ₹37.86 crore. The couple had earlier bought an eight-acre parcel in Alibaug in 2022, where they later developed a luxury villa.

Kohli also owns an ultra-luxury bungalow in Gurugram, while the couple has long held a premium sea-facing residence in Mumbai's Worli, reflecting their continued focus on investing in high-end residential properties.
