Signature Global Awards ₹920 Cr Construction Contracts for Sarvam

Signature Global has awarded construction contracts worth ₹920 crore to KEC International and NCC for its premium residential project, Sarvam at DXP Estate, in Sector 37D along Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.

Both companies have received contracts worth ₹460 crore each. KEC International will construct six residential towers, while NCC will build five towers, with both assignments scheduled for completion within 36 months. Together, the 11 towers will comprise 1,798 residential units across approximately 5 million sq. ft. of development area. Construction is expected to begin by the end of Q3 FY27.

Spread across 13.55 acres, Sarvam at DXP Estate offers 3 and 4 BHK residences designed around a wellness-first philosophy. The project is Vastu-conscious and IGBC Platinum-certified, incorporating landscaped spaces, natural light, cross-ventilation and sustainable design principles.

The development also benefits from connectivity to Delhi, IGI Airport and major commercial hubs including Cyber City.

Signature Global has partnered with Ileseum Clubs to create an integrated wellness and lifestyle ecosystem featuring partners such as Tatva Spa, Michael Phelps Swimming Academy, Matrix Dance Academy, Tagda Raho and Ajivasan Music Academy.

The project aims to combine luxury, sustainability, wellness and community living within the Dwarka Expressway corridor.
