Salman Khan Residences: GR Realty, Jacob & Co. Join Hands for Branded Luxury Homes in Mohali

GB Realty announced a luxury residential project on Airport Road in Mohali, in collaboration with international luxury brand Jacob & Co. Associated. The project is being positioned as Punjab’s first Jacob & Co. branded residences.

Punjab: GB Realty has announced a luxury residential project on Airport Road, Mohali, in collaboration with global luxury watch and jewellery brand Jacob & Co. Positioned as Punjab’s first Jacob & Co.-branded residences, the project marks the developer’s entry into the branded housing segment.

Associated with the name Salman Khan Residences, the project involves a proposed investment of approximately ₹2,400–2,500 crore. This includes over ₹1,000 crore towards land acquisition, while the remaining amount will be invested in construction, development and other related expenses.

Gurinder Bhatti, Founder and Managing Director of GB Realty, said the collaboration brings together Jacob & Co.’s international design influence and the developer’s expertise to create a distinctive luxury living destination in the Chandigarh–Mohali–Panchkula region.

He said the project is part of the company’s broader expansion strategy across North India and reflects its focus on developing premium residential spaces in emerging luxury housing markets.

As part of its expansion plans, GB Realty intends to invest over ₹5,000 crore over the next three years. The company aims to increase its cumulative investment to approximately ₹10,000 crore over the next five years.

Of the planned investment, around ₹3,500 crore has been earmarked for luxury and ultra-luxury residential developments. This investment strategy underlines the company's growing focus on premium housing and the expanding branded residences segment.

The collaboration with Jacob & Co. marks a significant step in GB Realty’s plans to strengthen its presence in the luxury residential market. Branded residences, which combine the identity and design expertise of established international brands with high-end residential developments, are gaining attention in India's premium housing segment.

With the Mohali project, the developer aims to tap into the growing demand for luxury housing in the Chandigarh–Mohali–Panchkula region while expanding its portfolio across North India.
