Gauahar Khan Sells Her Versova Duplex for ₹6.01 Crore

Property bought by the Indian actress-model in 2014 records an 88% price appreciation.

Television actress and Bigg Boss 7 winner Gauahar Khan has sold her duplex apartment in Mumbai’s Versova for ₹6.01 crore, according to registration documents.

She purchased the property in November 2014 for ₹3.20 crore. The sale price is ₹2.81 crore higher than the original purchase price, representing an appreciation of approximately 88 per cent over nearly 12 years.

This comparison does not account for transaction costs, taxes, maintenance or any renovation expenses.

The duplex is located in Versova Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society in SVP Nagar, Versova, Andheri West.

As per the registration documents, the residence spans two floors in the upper portion of the building and has a super built-up area of 2,340 sq ft and a built-up area of 1,872 sq ft.

The sale was registered on September 24, 2026. The buyers paid stamp duty of ₹36.06 lakh.

Based on the registered sale price, the property fetched approximately ₹32,100 per sq ft on its built-up area, or around ₹25,700 per sq ft on the super built-up area.

Versova, Juhu, Lokhandwala, and Bandra remain sought-after residential locations for film and television personalities, in part because of their proximity to studios, entertainment-industry offices, and commercial hubs.

However, the return on an individual property depends on its location, condition, purchase timing, and transaction costs.
