PROPERTY PULSE
Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold an apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West for ₹9 crore, registering gross price appreciation of ₹1.39 crore over its original purchase price. Property registration details show the transaction was registered on October 22, 2026.
The apartment is located in Rustomjee Paramount, a residential complex developed by Keystone Realtors Private Limited. Shroff purchased the unit on July 17, 2018, for ₹7.61 crore and took possession on November 30, 2019.
The property has a carpet area of 1,291.14 sq. ft., translating into a sale price of approximately ₹64,900 per sq. ft. The transaction included two covered parking spaces. The buyer paid ₹54 lakh in stamp duty.
Gross Appreciation vs Annualised Return
The difference between the original purchase price and the sale value amounts to ₹1.39 crore, representing gross price appreciation of approximately 18 per cent over the purchase price.
Spread over the period from July 2018 to October 2026, the annualised compound annual growth rate (CAGR) works out to around 2 per cent. This calculation reflects the increase in the property’s price and excludes ownership expenses and other costs.
The net investment return would be lower after accounting for acquisition costs, registration charges, maintenance and selling expenses, where applicable. The figures also exclude any rental income the property may have generated.
