Hyderabad investors looking to buy homes in Dubai and Ajman will get an opportunity to compare overseas property projects, understand ownership rules and interact directly with developers at the UAE Property Grand Expo 2026, scheduled from October 31 to November 1.

The expo will be held at JRC Conventions and Trade Fairs, with support from the Dubai Land Department and the Ajman Land Department. Organised by UAE-based Global Edge Advertisements LLC, it will focus on investment opportunities across residential property segments in the two UAE markets.

Overseas real estate is attracting interest from Indian buyers seeking rental income, capital appreciation and portfolio diversification. According to estimates cited by the organisers, Indian investors account for around 20-22% of Dubai's property investment market, with annual investments exceeding AED 30 billion. Dubai recorded approximately AED 917 billion in real estate transactions in 2025.

Hyderabad's technology and healthcare sectors, growing entrepreneurial community and internationally connected professionals have made the city a potential market for overseas property investments. The expo will allow prospective buyers to compare projects across price categories and seek information on locations, payment plans and purchase procedures directly from participating developers.

For Investments in UAE

Established in 2010, Global Edge Advertisements LLC has operated in the UAE advertising and marketing sector for more than 15 years. Through the expo, the company aims to connect Indian investors with property developers and provide information on the practical aspects of purchasing real estate in the UAE.

The event will also focus on rental returns, financing options, ownership costs, project credentials, and regulatory requirements. The India-UAE Real Estate Forum will bring together government representatives and industry professionals to discuss investment opportunities and transparency in cross-border property transactions.

Market research cited by the organisers estimates Dubai’s average gross residential rental yield at 6-7%. However, actual returns vary depending on the property’s location, type and market conditions, while service charges, maintenance expenses and vacancy periods affect net rental income.

Indian residents can purchase property in designated foreign-ownership areas of the UAE, subject to applicable regulations. Under the Reserve Bank of India's Liberalised Remittance Scheme, resident individuals can remit up to USD 250,000 per financial year for permitted purposes, including overseas property acquisition, subject to the scheme's conditions.

The expo will also cover residency options linked to property investment. Eligible investors may qualify for a UAE Golden Visa through qualifying property investments generally starting at AED 2 million, subject to prevailing rules and approval by the relevant authorities. Property ownership alone does not automatically grant residency.

Global Edge CEO Raghu Pelakkat said, “With UAE Property Grand Expo 2026, we are bringing the real estate opportunities of Dubai and Ajman directly to Hyderabad, connecting Indian investors with developers, project information and meaningful investment conversations.”

He added, “Our vision is to make international property ownership more accessible, transparent and informed, while creating stronger connections between the UAE’s real estate sector and India’s growing investor community.”
