Entry with a ₹1,000 Crore Luxury Project
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Casagrand has made a grand entry into the Dubai real estate market with a luxury project valued at nearly ₹1,000 crore. The project, named Casagrand Hermina, is located in Dubai Islands and features 131 premium residences spread across Basement + Ground + 13 floors, with unit sizes ranging from 827 sq ft to 2,536 sq ft.
Casagrand plans to develop 6 million sq ft of premium projects in the UAE over the next three years. Founder and Managing Director Arun M N said Dubai was chosen after careful evaluation. “With Casagrand Hermina, we have blended coastal serenity with the energy of a modern urban hub. We remain committed to creating future-ready homes that appeal to global homebuyers,” he said.
Casagrand’s entry aligns with the rapid growth of Dubai Islands under the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. The district will feature 21 km of Blue Flag–certified beaches, nine marinas, over 80 planned hotels, and two golf courses. Upcoming connectivity upgrades, including an eight-lane bridge and a proposed metro link connecting the islands to Downtown Dubai by 2026, are expected to further boost demand. Last month, Casagrand also announced a strategic investment partnership with Blackstone, under which Blackstone will invest ₹700 crore to develop 4.2 million sq ft of industrial and warehousing infrastructure near Chennai. Casagrand plans to develop two large industrial and logistics parks across 154 acres in Sriperumbudur, near Chennai.
