Sachin Tendulkar has acquired 3.86 acres of land in Lonavala in three registered transactions valued at about ₹70 crore. The three conveyance deeds were registered on September 4, 2026. The combined land area is 15,601.78 sq m, or about 1.68 lakh sq ft. The largest parcel, measuring 3.09 acres, was purchased for ₹63.69 crore with full ownership.

The other two parcels were bought for ₹4.56 crore and ₹1.75 crore. Tendulkar holds a 50 per cent undivided share in each of these properties. The properties were purchased from Nandan Dhananjay Mehta and Vivaswat Dhananjay Mehta. Stamp duty across the transactions was about ₹4.20 crore, while registration charges totalled ₹90,000.

An existing built-up structure of about 2,100 sq ft stands on the land. There are no publicly known plans yet on how the property will be developed or used. The transaction adds another high-value celebrity real estate purchase to Lonavala, where second homes and large land parcels continue to attract affluent buyers.
