Candeur Crescent brings 50-floor towers to Serilingampally

High-rise living rises in west Hyderabad

Candeur Group has launched its premium residential project, Candeur Crescent, in Serilingampally, adding to the growing cluster of high-rise developments in Hyderabad’s western corridor.

Located close to Lingampally and within minutes of key IT hubs such as Gachibowli and the Financial District, the project is positioned in an established residential zone with strong connectivity. Proximity to the Outer Ring Road, railway access and social infrastructure, including schools, hospitals and workplaces, continues to support both end-user and investor interest.

The development reflects a broader shift towards vertical housing in land-constrained urban pockets. With demand driven by IT professionals and limited land availability in core micro-markets, developers are increasingly opting for taller structures with integrated amenities, particularly in areas such as Serilingampally and Lingampally.

The project places emphasis on space efficiency and privacy, with around five apartments per floor and a high share of corner units. “Nearly 80 per cent of the homes are corner-facing, allowing for better natural light and ventilation,” said a spokesperson, sales, Candeur Group.

A key feature is the multi-level clubhouse spread across approximately 62,000 sq.ft, rising up to eight levels, designed as a central lifestyle hub within the gated community. The project also includes a mix of leisure and functional amenities such as a gym, spa, swimming pool, sports courts, co-working spaces and landscaped recreational areas.

The location places the project within a key IT-driven corridor, supporting steady rental demand and end-user interest. Connectivity through rail and major road networks enables easier access across the city, while existing infrastructure adds to overall livability.

Serilingampally continues to witness sustained residential demand due to its proximity to employment hubs and improving infrastructure.
