The company continues to attract strong enterprise demand, including a Forbes 2000 client. Founder Neetish Sarda highlighted a structural shift toward managed, campus-led office solutions. Smartworks now operates as a national workspace platform, supporting multi-city expansion with standardized delivery. In Q3 FY26, revenue grew 34% YoY to ₹472 crore, with 93% occupancy at mature centres, reflecting strong demand, stability, and long-term growth potential.
