A Hyderabad-based real estate firm, Srini Nirman, has acquired a 52-acre commercial land parcel at Konadasapura in Bengaluru for Rs 2,097 crore through an online auction conducted by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), sources said.

The auction, which went through nearly 20 rounds of bidding, reportedly fetched the BDA about Rs 468 crore more than its initial expectations. Major developers, including Brigade Group and Godrej Properties, participated in the bidding before the Hyderabad firm emerged as the successful bidder.

According to market sources, Srini Nirman operates from an office located on the eighth floor of My Home Hub in Hyderabad and is headed by directors Jupally Aishwarya Rao and Jupally Bhargav. Speculation is rife in Bengaluru’s real estate circles that Srini Nirman is an affiliate of the Hyderabad-based My Home Group, though there has been no official confirmation.
