property pulse, Hyderabad: Chinna Jeeyar Swamy praised Ark Group Chairman Gummi Ram Reddy, saying that he is doing commendable work for society while successfully managing his business and family responsibilities. Speaking at the launch of Ark Artha and Ark Aryama, two luxury villa projects at Kongara Kalan on Sunday, Chinna Jeeyar Swamy said he was pleased to see several people attending the event to support Ram Reddy’s initiative.

Recalling the early years after Independence, he said Telugu people did not have much recognition across the country and were often referred to as Madrasis when they travelled to North India. He also shared several interesting details about his spiritual guru, Pedda Jeeyar Swamy. Commenting on the names of the projects, Ark Artha and Ark Aryama, Chinna Jeeyar Swamy said he was happy with the choice. Explaining the meaning of Artha, he observed that while wealth or money may appear wasteful when spent on things such as alcohol and entertainment, people like Ram Reddy are using their resources in ways that benefit society.

He appreciated Ram Reddy for balancing his business and family commitments while also undertaking charitable and socially useful activities. He said such individuals deserve the blessings and support of society.

Speaking on the occasion, Gummi Ram Reddy, Chairman, Ark Group, described the launch of the projects by Chinna Jeeyar Swamy as a wonderful opportunity. He said the company was happy to launch two projects in South Hyderabad, which is emerging as a major development destination with the proposed Future City.

Ram Reddy said a 330-feet-wide Ratan Tata Road, extending towards Amangal, is being developed by the government around two kilometres from the projects. He also said Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy is working continuously to develop South Hyderabad as a world-class destination. Ram Reddy noted that investments in the real estate sector could offer strong returns as the region develops.

Meanwhile, an Ark Group representative announced that the company will conduct the second edition of the Equality Run on November 1. People across age groups, including children and adults, were invited to participate according to their abilities.
