Realty firm Krisumi Corporation has unveiled its next phase, “The Forest Reserve,” as part of its ongoing integrated development on the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, with a revenue potential of about ₹4,000 crore, according to a company statement .
The upcoming phase will have a developable area of around 1.67 million sq ft and will feature premium residences, including 3 and 4 living, dining, and kitchen (LDK) units, reflecting a continued push towards luxury housing in the region.
The project is part of Krisumi City, an Indo-Japanese collaboration between Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation and India’s Krishna Group, which has been under development for nearly a decade.
The company said the new phase draws from Japanese design principles, with a focus on integrating nature-led living within an urban setting.
Located along the Dwarka Expressway, the project benefits from improving connectivity and proximity to key infrastructure corridors, which has supported price appreciation in the micro-market over the past few years.
Krisumi has already launched multiple phases of the township, with earlier developments witnessing strong sales traction, supported by demand for premium housing.
The company indicated that the project is positioned within a growing residential and commercial corridor, with connectivity to major routes such as NH-8 and the Southern Peripheral Road.
With continued infrastructure development in the area, the Dwarka Expressway corridor is emerging as a key real estate destination in the National Capital Region.
