Bengaluru: Brigade Group and Hyatt Hotels Corporation have signed management agreements for two new Hyatt Regency hotels in Bengaluru, together expected to add approximately 600 rooms to the city’s hospitality market. The hotels will be developed as part of Brigade’s large-scale mixed-use projects at Brigade Global Park and Whitefield-Kadugodi Road.
Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park will have approximately 350 guestrooms and suites. The property will be located within Brigade Group’s 25-acre integrated advanced engineering and business ecosystem.
It is planned to offer around 25,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event facilities, along with multiple dining options catering to business and leisure travellers.
The second property, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road, will feature approximately 250 guestrooms and suites. Planned facilities include multiple food and beverage outlets, a ballroom spanning more than 1,000 square metres, a large pre-function area and additional meeting spaces.
Both hotels are expected to cater to corporate travellers, conferences, business meetings, social celebrations and leisure visitors.
Amenities across the properties are planned to include all-day dining restaurants, speciality restaurants, grab-and-go outlets, rooftop bars, pool bars, fitness facilities and flexible event spaces.
Hotels to Strengthen Partnership
Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said the projects would strengthen the group’s hospitality portfolio and reflect its strategy of creating integrated destinations that combine multiple asset classes.
Vikas Chawla, President, India and Southwest Asia, Hyatt, said Bengaluru remained a strategic market for the company, supported by demand for business travel, meetings and events. He added that the agreements reflected Hyatt’s continued expansion in high-growth destinations across India.
The two developments further strengthen the partnership between Brigade Group and Hyatt, with a focus on expanding hospitality offerings in Bengaluru’s key business and mixed-use destinations.
