Government Fully Supports Real Estate Growth: Minister Ponguleti at Property Pulse Launch

Telangana Revenue and Information & Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy said the real estate sector in the state is witnessing significant growth due to the progressive decisions taken by the government. The minister made these remarks while unveiling Property Pulse, an English weekly newspaper dedicated to the real estate sector, at the Secretariat on Sunday.

Hyderabad Leading in Global Investments

Speaking on the occasion, the minister said Hyderabad is ahead of many cities in attracting Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and major investments from national and international companies. He said the Telangana government is taking several new policy decisions to encourage the construction and real estate sectors, which are key drivers of economic growth and employment.

Focus on Future Infrastructure

The minister noted that initiatives such as the Future City project, the Hyderabad Metro Rail Phase-2 expansion, and the proposed Ratan Tata Greenfield Road will further enhance the city’s global reputation and improve connectivity. According to him, these large infrastructure projects will strengthen Hyderabad’s position as one of the most attractive destinations for investment and real estate development.

Property Pulse Launch Appreciated

The minister appreciated the launch of Property Pulse, stating that starting India’s first dedicated real estate weekly newspaper from Hyderabad is a commendable initiative. He congratulated the editor of the publication, King Johnson Koyyada, and wished the newspaper success in providing valuable information to homebuyers, investors and industry stakeholders.

CREDAI Hyderabad Former president Rajasekhar Reddy, Patlolla Kiran, Gotteti Rajesh, Press Club Joint Secretary Chilukuri Hariprasad, EC members Amit Battu and Vanam Nagaraju, among others, were present at the event.
