Homebuyers looking to own a home in Hyderabad's western growth corridor can now book an apartment in a gated community with an upfront payment of ₹10 lakh, subject to eligibility and the developer's terms and conditions.

Developed by Radhakrishna, Divine Homes is a TG-RERA-approved residential project spread across 7.5 acres on the Tellapur–Osman Nagar Road, offering connectivity to key employment hubs such as Gachibowli, Financial District and Kokapet.

The project is planned as a low-density gated community with landscaped open spaces and modern lifestyle amenities. According to the developer, three residential blocks have already been handed over to homebuyers for interior works, allowing them to prepare their homes ahead of occupation.

The remaining residential blocks are scheduled for handover by the end of this year, providing buyers with an opportunity to move into the project in phases as construction progresses.

The developer says eligible buyers can avail themselves of home loan facilities, making home ownership more accessible through a lower initial payment.
