Targeting demand for larger homes in western Hyderabad, Yula Group has introduced Yula Globus Neo in Kokapet, as high-rise developments continue to reshape the city’s western corridor, particularly within the Neopolis layout.
Located within the planned Neopolis zone, the project benefits from improving infrastructure, including connectivity via the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and the Kokapet–Narsingi arterial network, along with proposed link roads and integrated utility systems. The area is emerging as a structured residential corridor with multiple high-rise and township developments.
Yula Globus Neo is part of the larger Yula Neopolis township and comprises two high-rise towers with a total of 655 apartments, indicating a relatively low-density configuration for its scale.
