Ranbir Kapoor leases out Bandra apartment

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has leased out his luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hills area of Bandra West for a monthly rent of ₹11 lakh under a five-year rental agreement.

According to registration documents, the lease deal was registered on May 19, 2026.

The apartment, spread across around 2,460 sq ft and located on the seventh floor of the building, was reportedly purchased by the actor in 2016 for nearly ₹35 crore.

The interiors of the premium residence were designed by celebrity interior designer Gauri Khan.

Documents show that the apartment has been leased to Aditya Shukla for a five-year tenure with a 5 per cent annual rent escalation clause built into the agreement.

A security deposit of ₹45 lakh was also paid as part of the transaction.

Mumbai’s luxury rental market continues to witness strong demand for premium residences in prime locations such as Bandra, Pali Hill, Juhu and Worli, driven by business executives, celebrities and HNIs.
