Kareena Kapoor Leases Out Her Apartment

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor has leased out her apartment in Bandra, Mumbai, for a period of three years at a monthly rent of ₹2.75 lakh. The flat is located in Land Breeze, Bandra West. The tenant has paid a security deposit of ₹8.25 lakh. Additionally, the rent will increase by 5% after the first 12 months. The lease agreement was executed on the 14th of last month, with the tenant paying ₹17,100 as stamp duty and ₹1,000 as registration charges.

Meanwhile, last month, her sister and actress Karisma Kapoor renewed the lease of her residential apartment in Bandra West for a rent of ₹66.12 lakh. Bandra West is one of the most sought-after residential locations in Mumbai. The area offers excellent connectivity through major roads, local railway stations, and upcoming metro routes. Its proximity to key destinations such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mahim, and Santacruz further enhances its appeal.
