The acquisition adds to Bachchan's growing property portfolio in Ayodhya, where he had earlier purchased a 10,000 sq ft plot in The Sarayu Enclave for about ₹14.5 crore and later acquired an adjoining 25,000 sq ft parcel. His continued investments reflect the rising interest in Ayodhya's real estate market following the city's rapid infrastructure development and growing prominence as a religious tourism destination.
