Hrithik Roshan’s Parents Lease Commercial Space in Mumbai

Veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and Pinky Roshan, parents of actor Hrithik Roshan, have leased out their commercial property in Andheri West, Mumbai. The 6,389 sq ft space located at D Mall on Veera Desai Road has been leased to Fabindia Limited for five years at a monthly rent of ₹14.5 lakh, translating to ₹227 per sq ft.
The agreement was registered on the 9th of this month, with Fabindia paying a security deposit of ₹87 lakh. The lease includes five car parking slots and comes with a 15-month lock-in period, commencing from September 1, 2025.
The monthly rent will increase progressively:
Year 1: ₹14.5 lakh
Year 2: ₹15 lakh
Year 3: ₹16 lakh
Years 4 & 5: ₹18.4 lakh
Commenting on the transaction, Abhishek Kiran Gupta, CEO of CRE Matrix, said this reflects the growing interest of celebrities in commercial real estate, driven by its ability to deliver stable rental income and long-term capital appreciation.
Recently, the Roshan couple also purchased five commercial office units worth ₹19.68 crore in Andheri, located at Vaidya West World One Aeropolis, developed by Vaidya Spaces Pvt Ltd.
