Godrej Properties purchases 3.8 acres of land in Bengaluru
Godrej Properties has acquired 3.8 acres of land on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru, adding to its previously purchased 26 acres. The total 30-acre township is expected to house over 3 million sq. ft. of development, generating an estimated Rs 3,500 crore in revenue. With excellent connectivity to ORR, Whitefield, Bellandur, and Electronic City, Sarjapur continues to be a prime real-estate destination.
Godrej Properties has recently purchased 3.8 acres of land in Bengaluru. The upcoming project on Sarjapur Road is expected to involve 2 million square feet of development, which the company estimates will generate around Rs 2,400 crore in revenue. With this land, a total of 30 acres will be developed into a township.
Last month, Godrej Properties had acquired 26 acres in Sarjapur and launched a residential project with an estimated revenue of Rs 1,100 crore. With this new purchase of 3.8 acres, the total land now reaches 30 acres. The company estimates that 3 million square feet of construction on the entire land will generate about Rs 3,500 crore in revenue.
The Sarjapur area enjoys excellent connectivity to major hubs such as the Outer Ring Road, Whitefield, Bellandur, and Electronic City. It also hosts well-known schools, hospitals, retail avenues, and workspaces, making it a prime location for development.
