Madhuri Dixit Sells Juhu Apartment for ₹3.9 Crore

Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit has sold her luxury apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, for ₹3.9 crore, nearly double the price at which it was originally purchased.

Located in Varsha Cooperative Housing Society, Iris Park, the 780.13 sq ft apartment was bought in 2012 by Madhuri Dixit and her husband Dr. Shriram Madhav Nene for ₹1.95 crore. The property was recently sold for ₹3.9 crore, yielding a 99.22% return. Registration documents indicate that the buyer is a woman. The transaction was registered on December 15, with ₹19.5 lakh paid as stamp duty, including a 1% concession offered by the Maharashtra government for women homebuyers.

Additionally, Madhuri sold a parking space linked to another flat in the same society for ₹15 lakh. Last year, she leased a property in Andheri West to Karanthara Engineering Private Limited for ₹3 lakh per month on a two-year lease. In 2022, she purchased a luxury apartment worth ₹48 crore at the Indiabulls Blue project in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The apartment, located on the 53rd floor, has a carpet area of 5,384 sq ft.
