Kartik Aaryan Expands Property Portfolio
Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan’s family buys ₹10.83 crore office in Juhu, adds Andheri and Alibaug properties, reflecting strong real estate demand.
Actor Kartik Aaryan’s family has expanded their real estate portfolio. Kartik’s parents, Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari, purchased an office space with 1,228 sq. ft. RERA carpet area at Notan House in Juhu Vile Parle Development (JVPD) Scheme, Mumbai, for ₹10.83 crore. The property is on the first floor and registration is complete. They paid ₹65 lakh stamp duty and ₹30,000 registration fee. Two car parking slots are included.
Earlier this year in September, Kartik, along with his parents, bought an office space in Andheri West for ₹13 crore in the "Signature by Lotus" building, with a 1,905 sq. ft. RERA carpet area and three parking slots. He paid ₹78 lakh stamp duty for this purchase.
Kartik also bought a 2,000 sq. ft. plot worth ₹2 crore in Alibaug, a coastal town near Mumbai.
