Hyderabad’s First Boutique Villa Community

GHR Infra, in a press release, announced the launch of “GHR Trivana”, a boutique villa community located at Almasguda, Tukkuguda, in Hyderabad. The project is being developed across 5.61 acres, near Outer Ring Road Exit 14. The project has received TG RERA approval, and the Bhoomi Puja was conducted recently. The IGBC Gold pre-certified development will feature only 52 villas, designed on plots ranging from 239 to 304 square yards. The villas include four- and five-bedroom configurations. The company also stated that a clubhouse spanning over 15,000 square feet has been thoughtfully designed as part of the project.
