TG-RERA Gets Full-Time Chairman as Srinivasa Raju Takes Charge
A new leadership chapter begins at TG-RERA as retired IAS officer Srinivasa Raju formally takes charge in Hyderabad.
The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG-RERA) now has a full-time sitting Chairman, with retired IAS officer K.S. Srinivasa Raju officially assuming charge on Saturday.
Srinivasa Raju took charge at the TG RERA office located at the Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD) headquarters in Hyderabad. He will head the state's real estate regulatory body, which is responsible for regulating the real estate sector, protecting the interests of homebuyers, and ensuring that developers comply with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act.
Newly appointed K. Srinivas, Secretary of TG RERA, along with other officials, welcomed Srinivasa Raju on the occasion.
With his long administrative experience, Srinivasa Raju is expected to strengthen the authority's efforts to improve transparency, accountability, and efficient regulation of the real estate sector in Telangana.
