ASBL Construction Quality Under Fire: Buyers at ASBL Springs Share Their Ordeal

ASBL Springs, a gated community project located in Pocharam, Hyderabad, is drawing attention after several homebuyers came forward alleging serious construction quality issues. Buyers say they invested their life savings trusting ASBL’s claims of world-class construction and premium amenities, but the reality has been deeply disappointing.

According to residents, leakages and seepage are visible in bathrooms, while dampness is spreading through exterior walls, raising concerns over the overall quality of construction. Buyers allege that these problems surfaced soon after they moved in, turning what was meant to be a dream home into a daily struggle.

Adding to their distress, residents claim that there has been no proper drinking water supply since the project was handed over. Several buyers also stated that 488 flat owners paid ₹2 lakh each as maintenance charges at the time of purchase. Recently, some residents alleged that ₹5,000 was deducted without prior notice through the maintenance app, further escalating tensions.

On Monday, a group of affected buyers spoke to the media, urging ASBL to take immediate steps to resolve the issues at ASBL Springs. They appealed to the builder to address construction defects, ensure basic amenities, and maintain transparency in maintenance charges.

As buyer concerns continue to grow, the ASBL Springs issue highlights broader questions about accountability and construction standards in Hyderabad’s real estate sector.
