Shah Rukh Khan–Branded Tower in Dubai Sold Out at Launch

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan recently unveiled a 55-storey tower in Dubai bearing his name, drawing massive attention and demand. The project, titled “Danube Shah Rukh”, is being developed by Indian real estate entrepreneur Rizwan Sajan, Founder of the Danube Group, on Sheikh Zayed Road. The grand launch event witnessed a turnout of nearly 6,500 attendees. Citing strong demand, Rizwan Sajan announced that all units have been sold out, with bookings worth approximately ₹5,000 crore already secured. The tower is scheduled for completion by 2029.

The project will feature a statue of Shah Rukh Khan at the entrance, depicting the actor in his iconic open-arms pose. The developer also revealed plans to launch a second Shah Rukh Khan–branded tower, and said similar “Shah Rukh” towers are being considered in New York, London, Delhi, and Mumbai.

Speaking at the event, Shah Rukh Khan said, “It is a great honour to see a project of this scale in Dubai carrying my name. Dubai has always welcomed me with warmth. It is a city built on courage, imagination, and the belief that nothing is impossible.”
