JLL Leases Office Space in Hyderabad

JLL has leased office space in Hyderabad. The company has taken 1.2 lakh sq ft of office space on a five-year lease at Prestige Skytech – Sky One Building, located in Puppalaguda, Gandipet Mandal, Rangareddy district. The leased space spans the 5th and 6th floors, with a monthly rent of ₹53 per sq ft, amounting to approximately ₹64.1 lakh per month. JLL has also paid a security deposit of ₹3.84 crore.

The lease was registered on August 28, with operations commencing on September 15, 2025. Rent payments will begin from April 15, 2026, with a 15% escalation every three years. Maintenance charges are ₹13 per sq ft per month, and the lease includes 134 parking spaces, with additional slots available at ₹2,000 per slot. The agreement carries a three-year lock-in period.

Prestige Skytech is among the Grade-A commercial developments in Hyderabad’s western corridor, a region increasingly attracting large corporates and GCCs. Prestige Group Office Ventures CEO Jaggy Marwaha said the JLL lease reflects both the strength of the partnership and Hyderabad’s growing prominence as a GCC hub.
