Property Pulse

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has completed the Bachupally Flyover, providing much-needed relief to commuters in one of Hyderabad's fastest-growing residential corridors.

Constructed at a cost of ₹65.53 crore, the 1.30-km flyover at Bachupally X Roads is expected to ease congestion and improve traffic flow between Miyapur X Road and Gandimaisamma.

The four-lane structure, with a carriageway width of 17.5 metres, has been built to accommodate rising traffic volumes generated by rapid residential and commercial development in Bachupally and surrounding areas.

The project also includes 1.30 km of two-lane slip roads to facilitate smoother traffic dispersal and improve local connectivity.
