Pushkalam Developers Launches ‘Pushkalam Heritage’ Vaastu-Based Residential Project in East Bengaluru

Pushkalam Developers has launched Pushkalam Heritage, a Vaastu-led residential project designed around space, natural light, ventilation, and community living. Located off Old Madras Road in East Bengaluru, the development marks the company’s debut project and reflects a focus on practical urban living rather than high-density construction.

Spread across 2.64 acres, the project comprises 296 apartments across two towers, with nearly 70% of the area dedicated to open spaces and landscaped zones. The development offers primarily 3BHK homes ranging from 1,440 sq ft to 1,890 sq ft, along with a limited number of 2BHK units. Homes feature efficient layouts, large balconies, and minimal dead space to improve everyday usability and comfort.

A key highlight is the 25,000 sq ft “Grand East Pavilion,” designed as an integrated space for sports, recreation, and community interaction while maximising morning sunlight and openness.

The project also includes amenities such as sports courts, a swimming pool, co-working spaces, and community zones. Positioned near Whitefield and ITPL, the project benefits from strong connectivity to Bengaluru’s major IT and employment corridors and is expected to be completed by March 2028.
