At the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, the state made its boldest-ever commitment to a sustainable future. In a landmark development, Telangana signed 14 high-value MoUs worth ₹1,09,350 crore, paving the way for one of India’s largest green-energy investment waves. These projects—spanning green hydrogen, solar, ethanol, biofuels, and pumped storage—will generate over 1,52,000 direct and indirect jobs, marking the beginning of a new clean-tech era.

A Diverse Portfolio of Green Power

The agreements, executed primarily through TGREDCO and TGGENCO, position Telangana as a national frontrunner in renewable infrastructure and clean industrial growth. The investments cover everything from next-gen green fuels to rural waste-to-energy models that uplift local economies.
