Developer launches 48-storey residential towers with a focus on open spaces, sports amenities and connectivity

Western Hyderabad's residential skyline continues to evolve, and Miyapur is emerging as another destination for high-rise living. Team4 Life Spaces has launched ARIA, a gated residential community spread across more than 12 acres, featuring seven towers rising up to G+48 floors.

According to the developer, the project has been designed to combine high-rise living with extensive open spaces and community amenities. The development includes 3 and 4 BHK apartments ranging from 1,655 sq. ft. to 2,465 sq. ft.

One of the key design features is a multi-level parking structure with two basement levels and a five-level podium, allowing residential floors to begin at a higher elevation. The developer says this provides enhanced privacy and wider views for residents.

The project also places emphasis on community infrastructure. A vehicle-free podium, landscaped central courtyard, two clubhouses and multiple sports facilities have been planned as part of the development. According to Team4, residents will have access to badminton, pickleball and squash courts, jogging tracks and multiple swimming pools.

The developer has also highlighted the provision of a high number of elevators across the towers to support vertical mobility in the high-rise community. Located on the 150-ft Miyapur Main Road, the project is around 1.5 km from Miyapur Metro Station and offers connectivity to HITEC City, Gachibowli and the Outer Ring Road, making it suitable for professionals working in Hyderabad's IT corridor.
The project offers premium 3 and 4 BHK residences, with prices starting from ₹1.35 crore, according to the developer.
