The civic body targets illegal floors, sheds and stilt parking encroachments across seven circles in a fresh enforcement drive.
Unauthorised floors, sheds and misuse of stilt parking spaces have come under the scanner as the Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC) steps up enforcement against building violations across several residential areas, removing structures and construction works found to be in violation of sanctioned plans.

Circle 6, Ghatkesar, recorded three enforcement actions, with officials demolishing an unauthorised shed, removing centering for a second-floor construction and demolishing walls associated with an unauthorised fourth-floor construction.
In Circle 7, Kapra, walls constructed within stilt-floor parking areas at two locations were removed. The action was aimed at preventing parking spaces from being enclosed or used for other purposes.

Circle 10, Boduppal, recorded two enforcement actions, with an unauthorised shed demolished and centering for a third-floor construction removed.
The latest actions follow enforcement drives announced by the MMC in the LB Nagar and Uppal zones on September 17. In Lalitha Nagar and Gaddiannaram under Saroornagar, officials removed unauthorised third- and fourth-floor constructions and rooms built in the stilt-floor parking area of the same building.
At Maitri Nagar Colony under LB Nagar Circle, unauthorised third- and fourth-floor constructions were also removed.
In Uppal Zone, officials had earlier removed rooms constructed by unauthorisedly using stilt-floor parking at Beerappa, Prashanthi Nagar Colony, Road No. 2, along with an unauthorised balcony extending towards the road. An unauthorised commercial shed at Rampally and centering for a penthouse construction at Dharani Colony, Medipally, were also removed.
MMC Commissioner T. Vinay Krishna Reddy advised building owners and developers to undertake construction strictly as per sanctioned plans and permissions. He said additional floors, rooms or sheds in stilt parking areas and other deviations without approval are subject to enforcement action.
He also noted that the corporation is strengthening field inspections to identify violations during the construction stage and prevent unauthorised works from progressing, with a focus on protecting parking facilities, public spaces and road margins.
