Godrej Properties has sold homes worth over ₹2,600 crore within its very first year of operations in Hyderabad. Encouraged by this strong performance, the company is now planning to further expand its presence in the city. Godrej Properties entered the Hyderabad housing market in January this year with the launch of its first project in Kokapet. In August, it launched its second project after acquiring 7.825 acres of land in Kukatpally. Through bookings in these two projects, the company achieved sales worth ₹2,600 crore in its debut year, showcasing its strong market acceptance.

Citing Hyderabad’s vast growth potential, Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairperson of Godrej Properties, said the company intends to scale up its operations in the city. With strong demand for premium and luxury residential properties, the company is focusing on this segment.

One of India’s leading real estate developers, Godrej Properties has a strong presence in markets such as Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Bengaluru, and entered Hyderabad this year. Buoyed by robust sales performance, the company is actively scouting for land parcels in the city. Recently, it acquired 5 acres of land at Neopolis, Kokapet, through an auction conducted by HMDA, where it plans to develop a housing project worth ₹4,150 crore.

Across all markets, Godrej Properties recorded a 13% growth in sales bookings during the first half of the current financial year, rising from ₹13,835 crore in the same period last year to ₹15,587 crore. The company is confident of achieving its full-year sales booking target of ₹32,500 crore. In FY 2024–25, it sold properties worth ₹29,444 crore, largely driven by residential demand.

With strong demand in major city housing markets, Godrej Properties continues to launch new projects while also acquiring land for future development. The company aims to add revenue potential of ₹30,000 crore through land acquisitions during the current financial year.
