The 24th edition of CREDAI NATCON 2026 is set to bring together more than 1,100 participants from across India’s real estate ecosystem for a three-day convention in Kolkata from October 2 to 4, with industry leaders expected to discuss the next phase of growth amid rapid changes in technology, housing, finance and urban development.

Hosted at ITC Royal Bengal, the convention is being positioned as a platform for developers, investors, financial institutions, policymakers, technology experts, architects and other stakeholders to examine the forces shaping Indian real estate. The theme of the convention is The Indian Real Estate Dialogue. The agenda covers a wide range of issues, including the next growth wave for Indian real estate, housing demand, artificial intelligence, PropTech, real estate technology, urban development, branded residences, capital markets and emerging business models.

The opening day will feature discussions on India’s position in a volatile global environment, the future growth of the real estate sector and leadership. The agenda includes a session titled India Real Estate: The Next Growth Wave, featuring Anuj Puri, chairman and founder, ANAROCK Property Consultants, along with CREDAI leadership. The second day has a strong focus on technology and transformation.

Sessions include The Intelligent Enterprise: Scaling AI from Idea to Impact, featuring Mukund Seetharaman, Chief AI Officer, Adani Group, and PropTech Meets AI: What Changes Next?, featuring Syed Ahmed Raza, director – AI and technology, ANAROCK. Another session, From Leads to Intelligence: The New Real Estate MarTech Stack, will examine the changing role of technology in real estate marketing and how data and intelligence are reshaping customer engagement.

The convention will also address the changing financing and housing landscape. The Great Housing Shift: Banking India’s Next Growth Story brings together representatives from the banking and housing finance sectors, while another session will examine the IPO question and its implications for developers and the sector’s capital requirements.

Urbanisation and future-city development are also central to the agenda. Beyond Urban Spaces: The New Architecture of Possibility will feature Floris Overheul, managing director, MVRDV, and Rafael Acosta, principal and country head, South Asia, Aedas.

A dedicated session titled Billion Urban Dreams by 2047 will bring together Kuldip Narayan, Advisor, NITI Aayog, Patrick Canagasingham, director for regional programmes, UN-Habitat, and CREDAI president Shekhar Patel to discuss the scale and direction of India’s urban transformation. The final day will focus on emerging trends in residential real estate, including the growing role of branded residences.

The programme will also feature a keynote address by Abhishek Lodha, managing director, Lodha. The convention will include speakers and participants from real estate, finance, technology, architecture, business and other sectors. Among the personalities listed in the programme are Shekhar Gupta, Sabyasachi Mukherjee, Sunil Chhetri, Jim Sarbh and Abhishek Bachchan, alongside leading real estate and industry professionals.
