In the auction held on Wednesday for Kokapet Neopolis land parcels, Hyderabad-based Yula Group has created a new record. The company secured a four-acre plot in the auction, spending ₹131 crore per acre. Yula Group MD Kondaiah told REG News exclusively that they purchased the four-acre parcel in the online auction because the Gandipet view from Neopolis offers the potential to develop a beautiful community.
