Neo Alternative Asset Managers Invests ₹300 Crore in Vasavi Atlantis

Neo Alternative Asset Managers, part of the Neo Group, has provided ₹300 crore in debt funding to Veraiz Developers for the large premium residential project “Atlantis” being developed by Vasavi Group at Narsingi in West Hyderabad.

Atlantis is a TG RERA-approved high-rise gated community project located in Narsingi. The project consists of eight towers, each rising 45 floors high. It includes a total of 2,199 residential units featuring 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK apartments, and luxury sky villas.

Located close to Gachibowli and the Financial District, the project enjoys strong connectivity to the Outer Ring Road, Kokapet SEZ, and major employment corridors that house leading international technology and corporate offices.
