Dubai Launches First Fully Furnished Master Villa Community ‘Greenz by Danube’

Dubai’s luxury real estate market witnessed a major launch as H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan unveiled “Greenz by Danube,” the first fully furnished master villa community in Dubai, during a grand event at Coca-Cola Arena attended by over 7,000 investors, business leaders, and guests.

Developed by Danube Properties, the project marks the company’s first large-scale integrated villa community and reflects Dubai’s growing focus on lifestyle-driven residential developments. Speaking at the launch, Sheikh Nahyan highlighted the UAE’s global reputation as a leading destination for investment, innovation, and quality living under the leadership of President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Located near Dubai International Academic City and behind Dubai Silicon Oasis, Greenz by Danube will feature fully furnished 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses along with 5-bedroom villas equipped with Dolce Vita Italian interiors, private lifts, sky gardens, and modern amenities.

With prices starting from AED 3.5 million, the project is scheduled for handover in December 2029.
