As part of the Telangana government’s prestigious Global Summit, the state succeeded in attracting massive investments. During the Telangana Rising Global Summit, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed for total investments worth ₹5.75 lakh crore.

On the first day of the summit, agreements worth ₹3.97 lakh crore were signed, while on the second day, companies entered into MoUs with the state government for investments amounting to ₹1.77 lakh crore. Leading global technology company InfraDC Parks signed an MoU for a landmark investment of ₹70,000 crore. The company plans to establish a 1-gigawatt AI-ready data park spread across 150 acres. At the same time, JSK Infraannounced an investment of ₹9,000 crore, stating that the proposed data centre will generate employment for nearly 2,000 people.


Focus Sectors and Economic Vision

International companies expressed strong interest in investing across key sectors such as Information Technology, Power, Sports, Tourism, Forestry, and allied industries. The two-day Global Summit, organised with the objective of transforming Telangana into a $3 trillion economy by 2047, succeeded in attracting large-scale investments, marking a major step toward achieving this vision.

In the tourism sector alone, MoUs worth ₹7,045 crore were signed. These projects are expected to generate employment for 10,000 people directly and 30,000 people indirectly.


Major Sports and Tourism Investments in Bharat Future City

Prominent sports organisations have come forward to invest heavily in Bharat Future City.

  • GMR Sports Ventures Private Limited (Dubai) announced an investment of ₹1,000 crore to develop a Satellite Sports City.
    A delegation led by GMR Sports Chairman Granthy Kiran Kumar met Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, and the MoU was signed in his presence. The project will feature world-class training facilities, stadiums, sports science centres, and supporting infrastructure.

  • Dream Valley Golf & Resorts will be developed with an investment of ₹1,000 crore.

  • India Extreme Adventure Activities Private Limited committed an investment of ₹500 crore to develop an Extreme Sports, Adventure, E-Sports, and Entertainment Arena across 20 acres in three phases.

  • Supercross India Private Limited, a motor racing company, announced an investment of ₹75 crore.


Key MoUs Signed with the Telangana Government

  • AGP Group: ₹6,750 crore investment to set up a 1 GW hyperscale data centre campus across 125 acres, along with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility.

  • Biological E Limited: ₹3,500 crore investment to establish a CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation) unit, in addition to a previously announced ₹500 crore. The government will allocate 150 acres in Green Pharma City, generating 3,000 jobs.

  • Foodlink F&B Holdings India: ₹3,000 crore.

  • RCT Energy India: ₹2,500 crore investment in three phases, creating 1,600 jobs.

  • Fertis India Pvt. Ltd.: ₹2,000 crore investment to set up an advanced food and agricultural research centre and manufacturing unit. The government will allot 100 acres. The company plans to generate 800 jobs within two years.

  • Aurobindo Pharma: ₹2,000 crore investment to establish facilities for complex generics, injectables, and biosimilars, creating 3,000 jobs over the next two to three years.

  • Hetero Group: ₹1,800 crore investment in pharma units, creating 9,000 jobs, with 100 acres allotted by the government.

  • Reliance Consumer Products: ₹1,500 crore investment in food manufacturing, creating 1,000 jobs, with 100 acres allotted.

  • Granules India: ₹1,200 crore investment to establish a CDMO unit for cancer drugs, creating 3,000 jobs.

  • Vintage Coffee & Beverage Ltd.: ₹1,100 crore investment to set up a premium freeze-dried instant coffee export unit, generating 1,000 jobs within two years.

  • Biovarium Pharma Group: ₹250 crore investment to establish a Centre of Excellence in tissue engineering, biomaterials, regenerative medicine, and gene therapy, creating 200 direct and 500 indirect jobs.

  • TWI Group: ₹1,100 crore.

  • Dream Valley Golf & Resorts: ₹1,000 crore.

  • Sarus Infrastructure: ₹1,000 crore.

  • Bharat Biotech: ₹1,000 crore investment to establish a CRDMO unit, creating 200 jobs over three to four years.

  • Kaynes Technology India Ltd.: ₹1,000 crore investment to expand electronics manufacturing services.

  • Atmosphere Core Hotels (Maldives): ₹800 crore.

  • KJS India: ₹650 crore investment in a food and beverage manufacturing unit across 44 acres, generating 1,551 jobs.

  • Indian Institute of Film & Animation (Partnership for IIFA Festival & Athens Events): ₹550–600 crore.

  • Mahindra & Mahindra: ₹500 crore to expand its Zaheerabad unit, including manufacturing of electric tractors.

  • Polin Group (Turkey): ₹300 crore.

  • Fluidra India Pvt. Ltd. (Spain): ₹300 crore.

  • Sri Havisha Hospitality & Infra: ₹300 crore.

  • KEI Group & Associates (Kamineni Group): ₹200 crore.

  • Godrej Group: ₹150 crore investment to expand dairy operations, with 40 acres allotted and 300 jobs to be created.

  • Rithira Group: ₹120 crore.

  • Salam Namaste Dosa Hut (Australia) & Vizag Recreation: ₹25 crore.


Global Collaborations and Strategic Projects

  • Aquilon Nexus Ltd.: 50 MW data centre for retail and MSME sectors.

  • Perview Group: 50 MW AI-driven hyperscale data centre campus, creating 3,000 jobs, with 10 acres allotted.

  • Zurich Insurance (GCC): Hyderabad selected for its first GCC in India.

  • Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (GCC).

  • Maximus (USA): Global Public Sector Technology Operations Hub in Hyderabad.

  • Analog AI (Alex Kipman): Global research and prototyping lab in Hyderabad.

UAE–Africa Investment Engagements

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy held meetings with delegations from the UAE and other countries to explore Telangana–UAE–Africa investment opportunities.
