Telangana Youth Get Global Career Breakthrough as TOMCOM Signs Major International MoUs

TOMCOM has unlocked a new chapter of global mobility for Telangana’s youth. At the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company signed two strategic MoUs designed to open secure, high-quality international job avenues—especially for unemployed and aspiring young professionals.

The first partnership, with Apollo Group’s Global Workforce Development (GWD), is a major win for Telangana’s nursing and paramedical community. The collaboration will equip them with advanced clinical skills, structured language training in German, Japanese and English, and internationally recognised certifications. With healthcare shortages rising worldwide, this pathway positions Telangana’s medical workforce for high-paying, long-term careers in countries such as Germany, Japan, the UK and Australia.

The second MoU brings a breakthrough opportunity for non-healthcare candidates. In partnership with Germany’s Nexwave GmbH, TOMCOM will facilitate 350 Warehouse Associate jobs for ITI, Diploma and Degree holders. The offer includes a monthly gross salary of €2100 (₹1.9 lakh), accommodation support, pre-departure guidance and visa processing within 8–10 weeks—one of the fastest government-backed overseas placement programs in India.

For years, many Telangana youth struggled to access genuine overseas jobs due to lack of training, unreliable recruitment channels and financial barriers. TOMCOM’s model changes that narrative, offering transparent processes, verified employers, global partnerships and full-cycle guidance.
