REG NEWS, New Delhi, August 8: Grovy India Limited has raised ₹15.01 crore through a preferential issue to fund expansion and strengthen its presence in South Delhi’s premium real estate market.
The company’s Board has approved the allotment of 41.69 lakh equity shares for an aggregate consideration of ₹15 crore. Grovy India plans to raise a total of ₹40 crore by the end of FY27. The company is currently executing residential projects spanning 1.83 lakh sq. ft. across prime South Delhi locations, with deliveries scheduled between Q3 FY27 and Q4 FY28. It also acquired new premium residential projects covering around 50,000 sq. ft. during Q1 FY27.
Director Ankur Jalan said strong participation from investors and promoters reflects confidence in the company’s execution capabilities and growth strategy. Grovy India aims to scale execution to 20–25 projects annually over the next three years, subject to market conditions. For Q1 FY27, net profit rose 74% YoY to ₹1.9 crore, while revenue surged 233% to ₹27.58 crore.
