Mehul H Doshi Takes Over as CREDAI Chennai President, Focus on Growth & Transparency
Mehul H Doshi has taken charge as the new President of CREDAI Chennai for the 2026–2028 term at a formal ceremony held in Chennai.
He will lead a new team of office bearers and executive members to strengthen the real estate sector in the city. Doshi said his focus will be on building a transparent, progressive, and future-ready real estate ecosystem.
Under the theme “Let’s Build a Better Chennai,” the new team aims to work closely with government, developers, and citizens.
Industry leaders at the event highlighted Chennai’s strong growth potential, driven by infrastructure development, metro expansion, and rising demand for housing, including affordable and rental segments.
