RK Puram ROB/RUB project moves focus to TDR and affected properties

Pending TDR applications, consent and other property-related procedures involving affected owners came under focus during a review of the RK Puram ROB/RUB project by the Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC).

MMC Commissioner T. Vinay Krishna Reddy, chaired the review meeting at the Malkajgiri Zonal Office, where officials discussed the progress of the project, works to be taken up, pending issues and procedures related to properties affected by the project.

The meeting focused on TDR applications, consent and other related procedures involving affected property owners. The Commissioner directed officials to coordinate with the owners, identify pending issues and expedite their resolution as per the rules.

He also stressed stronger coordination among the Town Planning, Engineering, Legal and other departments to ensure that pending matters in one department do not hold up progress on the project.

Officials were directed to discuss the pending issues with affected property owners and complete the consent and TDR application processes at the earliest, following the prescribed procedures. Pending cases are to be reviewed individually, with the next course of action decided based on the issues involved.

He directed officials to conduct regular reviews, speed up the pending procedures and resolve outstanding matters to achieve significant progress on the project. All concerned departments were asked to maintain continuous coordination.

Zonal Commissioner Sanchit Gangwar, Chief City Planner Pradeep Kumar, Chief Engineer Srinivas Rao and officials from the Town Planning, Engineering and Legal departments attended the meeting.
