ASBL Launches ASBL Legacy, Tallest Project at RTC X Roads

ASBL has launched ASBL Legacy, a new residential project at RTC X Roads in Central Hyderabad, bringing a large gated-community development to an established part of the city where residential projects have traditionally been smaller standalone buildings. Spread across approximately 7.97 acres, ASBL Legacy will feature three towers rising up to G+50 floors, making it the tallest project in the RTC X Roads area. The project offers 3 and 4 BHK residences starting at ₹1.99 crore.

The development will retain 73.25% open space and feature a 74,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, along with more than 50 amenities spread across approximately 1.70 lakh sq. ft. Amenities include a terrace swimming pool, badminton and futsal courts, pickleball and basketball courts, cricket nets, skating rink, jogging and cycling tracks, children’s play areas, a pet park and a 17,000 sq. ft. Festival Lawn.

The project will also feature a 12,000 sq. ft. Urban Corridor at the ground level of Tower B, offering co-working spaces, indoor games, a clinic, physiotherapy room and tuition room. ASBL Legacy is positioned close to major transport links, located around two minutes from RTC X Roads Metro Station, eight minutes from Kacheguda Railway Station and 15 minutes from MGBS.

According to ASBL Founder and CEO Ajitesh Korupolu, Central Hyderabad has strong housing demand but historically lacked large land parcels required for developing modern gated communities. He said ASBL Legacy aims to address this gap while responding to the unique opportunities and constraints of an established urban neighbourhood. The project also includes a vehicle-free podium, double-height lobby, two-metre-wide corridors, foyer entries and one lift per unit per floor.

ASBL said its earlier projects have also recorded strong demand, with ASBL Broadway crossing ₹1,000 crore in launch-day sales and expressions of interest, while ASBL Landmark recorded more than ₹500 crore on launch day.
